静态平衡阀
Static Balancing Valves
在定流量系统中,静态失衡现象可用静态平衡阀或动态平衡阀来解决,在主管及每个支管安装静态平衡阀或定流量平衡阀对压力和流量进行控制,保证每一个支管维持适合的工况来满足供热及制冷的需求。
In a fixed rate system, the static unbalance can be solved by installing static balancing valves and dynamic fixed flow balancing valves,in main pipes and every sub-pipes in system,which ensures every sub-pipes to sustain appropriate conditions to meet the healing and cooling demands.
l 概述 Description
静态平衡阀是通过改变阀芯与阀座的开度,来改变流经阀门的流动阻力,以达到调节流量的目的,静态平衡阀的开度不会因阀门前后压差变化而改变,通过阀门的流量随压差的变化而变化。所以使用静态平衡阀只能解决静态失衡问题,而不能解决动态失衡问题。
Static balancing valve is by changing the valve core and the open seat, to change the resistance to flow through valves, so as to achieve the purpose of flow adjustment, static balance valves and valve by differential pressure across the valve changed, the differential pressure flow with the changes. So using static unbalance balancing valve can solve problems, but not the static unbalance of dynamic.

静态水力平衡联调,保证系统调试后末端设备的流量同时达到设计流量,系统能均衡地输送足够的水量到各个末端设备。首先将系统分解成一个多级的多个并联子系统,然后按照从末端到主机的顺序,对各个并联子系统按照一定的步骤进行调节,使其各支路流量比与设计要求流量比值一致,最后调整系统主管的流量至设计总流量 ,这时系统中各个末端设备的流量 同时达到设计流量。
Static hydraulic balancing united adjustment can ensure the flow rate of terminal equipments to reach designing flow rate after the adjustment of system.the system can balancedly transport water to every terminal equipments.firstly the system is divided into many parallel subsystems,and then the parallel subsystems will be adjusted with the order from the terminal to the main parts to make the flow rate ratio of subflow in accordance with the designing flow rate ratio.Finally the flow rate of main system is adjusted to total designing flow rate,thus the flow rate of every terminal equipments will reach the designing flow rate simultaneously.
